1. Original Purchase Agreement, signed by buyers and sellers (N/A for refinance loan)
2. Pay stubs covering the last 30 days for all applicants
3. Original W-2 forms for the last two years for all applicants
4. Two years completed and signed tax returns
5. Original account statements for all asset accounts for the last two months (e.g. checking accounts, savings accounts, investment or mutual fund accounts)
6. Most recent statements for 401K or IRA accounts
7. Name and address of landlord if you have rented in the last 24 months
8. Employer information for the last 24 months
9. Information regarding debt, including name, address, account number and payment amount of each
